BOLIVAR, Mo. – Southwest Baptist University has selected seven students to serve as ambassadors for the 2010-2011 academic year.
The following SBU Ambassadors are the official student representatives of SBU President Dr. C. Pat Taylor and his wife Judy:
Junior Kyia Burgess, daughter of Tom Burgess and Evie Smith, is a psychology major from Excelsior Springs, Mo. Junior Steven Cox, Jr., son of Steve and Beth Cox, is an economics /finance major from Leawood, Kan. Junior Katelyn Donley, daughter of Keith and Lynn Donley, is a biology major from Raymore, Mo. Junior Kristen Eagon, daughter of David and Julie Eagon, is an accounting and economics/finance major from Springfield, Mo. Junior Kelsey Jaeger, daughter of Mike and Sandy Jaeger, is a sociology/psychology major from Mountain Home, Ark. Junior Sheldon Toler, son of Michael and Kerri Toler, is an economics/finance major from Dadeville, Mo. Sophomore Marissa Wilson, daughter of David and Shelby Wilson, is a psychology/ sociology major from Mascoutah, Ill.
SBU Ambassadors are chosen after an interview process that includes information on how the person relates to different personality types, social adaptability and a willingness to serve.
