SBU Physical Therapy Faculty Published in Journal

BOLIVAR, Mo. – Southwest Baptist University Assistant Professor of Physical Therapy Dr. Terry Cox was published in the most recent issue of the Journal of Orthopaedic & Sports Physical Therapy (JOSPT).

Dr. Cox co-authored the article “Treatment of Patients With Degenerative Cervical Radiculopathy Using a Multimodal Conservative Approach in a Geriatric Population: A Case Series.” The piece is a retrospective clinical case series. The article has the objective to describe the management of 10 patients with advanced cervical spondyloarthrosis with radiculopathy, using manual therapy, intermittent mechanical cervical traction, and home exercises.
