BOLIVAR, Mo. – Dr. William Brown, SBU provost and professor of music, will present a faculty piano recital on Tuesday, October 4, at 7:30 p.m. The event will take place in the Meyer Recital Hall in the Casebolt Music Center.
The recital celebrates the new Steinway Concert Grand Piano recently purchased by the University. The program is titled “An Evening of Encores,” and will include well-known compositions by Chopin, Schumann, Barber, Rachmaninoff, Debussy and Ravel.
The event is free of charge and open to the public.
