SBU Concert Choir,
Bolivar Community Chorus spring concert is April 2
BOLIVAR, Mo. — Southwest Baptist University’s
Concert Choir and the Bolivar Community Chorus will present a spring concert at
7:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 2, in Pike Auditorium on the Bolivar campus.
The
concert, under the direction of Dr. Andrew Campbell, will include works by John
Rutter, Daniel Gawthrop, Joseph Martin, Alice Parker and Robert Shaw, and Rene
Clausen. In addition, the concert will feature “You are the New Day,” made famous by the King’s Singers, “Castle on a Cloud” from “Les Misérables” and “Come to My Garden” from “The Secret Garden.”
