SBU to host Hispanic
Heritage Month celebration
BOLIVAR, Mo. — The Southwest Baptist
University International Club is partnering with Iglesia Cristiana, Casa de
Oracion in Springfield to host a Hispanic Heritage Month celebration at 7:00
p.m. on Monday, Sept. 16, on the Burnidge Memorial Forum.
The
celebration will feature a concert by the mariachi band, Herencia Mexicana.
There will also be presentations of Latin American folk dances and authentic
Latina snacks.
