SBU presents senior awards

BOLIVAR, Mo. — Southwest Baptist University presented awards to outstanding graduating seniors in each academic department.

Award winners are:

• Matthew McEwen, a biology major from Lee’s Summit, Department of Biology.

• Timothy Howe, a Biblical studies major from Conway, Department of Theology.

• Christopher Kimberling, a Biblical studies major from Kansas City, Department of Theology.

• Lucas McLaughlin, a mathematics and general music major from St. Joseph, Department of Music and Department of Mathematics.

• Caleb Harris, an accounting and economics/finance major from Jackson, Department of Accounting.

• Brittani Ready, a political science major from Millstadt, Ill.; Jess Wessels, a history major from St. Louis; and Aaron Williams, a social science education major from Lake of the Ozarks; Department of History and Political Science.

• Andrea Hees, an Elementary education major from Bolivar, Department of Education.

• Weston Herrington, a computer science and mathematics major from Carthage, Department of Mathematics and Department of Computer and Information Sciences.

• Aaron Meusborn, a business administration major from Sedalia, Department of Business Administration.

• Brandon Burns, an English major from Seligman, Department of Language and Literature.

• Sarah Bottorff, psychology major from Columbia, Department of Behavioral Sciences.

• Tyne Rose, a psychology major from Gainesville, Department of Behavioral Sciences.

• Katie Goodson, a Christian ministry major from Robins, Iowa, Department of Christian Ministry.

• Amber Nelson, a Christian ministry major from Decatur, Texas, Department of Christian Ministry.

• Rebekah Young, a communications/public relations major from Smithville, Bob R. Derryberry School of Communication Arts.

• Molly Morgan, a biology and chemistry major from Springfield, Department of Chemistry and Physics.

• Katelynn Heimericks, a commercial art education major from Fulton, Department of Art.
